Madonna ripped off the 1989 song "Deep In Vogue"  Malcolm McLaren for her 1990
song "Vogue." as with my songs, she stole it shortly after it was made available
to the public. His song was released on July 19, 1989 on Epic Records and
her rip off was released almost a year later on April 5th, 1990.

His song came out first and was about "voguing."  Madonna's rip off brought his
idea music, dance trend to the mainstream by stealing it from him, along with
melodies, harmonies and portions of his beat. Madonna even tries to sing like
the female vocalist on McLaren's track.

She then stole the dance that was created to go with the song by dancers in
downtown New York.

Madonna’s Live Nation deal is being panned as a money loser. The Washington
Post and Wall Journal slammed the deal, but of course,  the crazy leotard wearing
one will say they are just jealous, when the truth of the matter is the numbers don't
crunch.

When a woman (madonna)  pushing 50 she's been working out in a Bolivian
prison yard declares she won’t use her sex appeal as a marketing  tools
and the Abe Vigoda just announced he won’t be touting his buns of steel to
peddle his line of Old Man Pants either.

A music publication wrote they’d have to sell 15 million copies of each of her
Live Nation album to just break even. Looks like somebody bought the Brooklyn
bridge.  madonna even sell 3 million copies.

Madonna is trying to pass the deal off as taking control of her career in an indie
fashion, when in actuality it is trading one major labe for another, as Live Natiotion
is apart of an entertainment industry corporation that is bigger than Warner Music
Group.

Madonna also inflates her record and touring sales. This coupled with the fact that
there are massive deductions for expenses on her over hyped smoke and mirrors
jaunts spells a terrible business  deal. Hope their keep they receipt. furthermore
knowing her, and her disgraceful leagal track record.  it will end in massive litigation.

High up above the town of Locarno  the location forest  cliff, Madonna del Sasso.

  According to the news, the celebrity couple Madonna and Guy Ritchie have
confirmed they are planning to adopt a 13-month-old boy named David from
Malawi. Madonna and Guy made two visits to the Home For Hope orphanage,
outside Mchinji, sparking rumors she was planning to adopt an underprivileged child.

In present, the celebrity couple are no longer in the south africa  and they are
waiting for the legal arrangements surrounding the adoption to be finalized so they
can take the child in the family.

The Malawi baby David (Davie Banda) will be Madonna’s third child.  The child's only
 biological parent, the father, told Britain’s The Sun newspaper that he was told, a "famous US musican"  had picked his sun during a visit  to an orphanage.

Madonna and her husband Guy Ritchie have been granted custody of their son, David. Final legal being made to bring him home to his new family.

We had the unfortunate experience of bumping into Spencer and Heidi,  and trust us, they were begging for

And last thing I heard happened on the Hills, Spencer was mad at Heidi for going to work!? Make it stop, please! They just

Last week Arizona four piece Jimmy Eat World introduced to the world.  their fifth studio album, 'Chase This Light.'
Recording the effort took a different path for the four piece.  the studio with a producer, Jimmy Eat World went for
a slightly greener method: The band worked from home, telecommuting with producer, Butch Vig.

"Butch had a baby before we started and we kind of felt we could work on the record and  guitarist Tom Linton tells
 Spinner.  their record in Butch's hands via the Internet had nothing to do with knowing him well.  despite Vig's
 history with Universal bands like Nirvana and all those Garbage tours, their paths crossed only once. this record
He was working with AFI. Butch is a mellow guy. We talked before we started the process."

And speaking of investments, the boys have at least one more to make -- Halloween costumes. "I was looking
looking around at stuff in Vancouver," Adkins admits. "All these adult sized costumes.  the record and the studio you made  the record with regardless of whether we have a label."

The long strange trip just keeps going for Grateful Dead bassist Phil Lesh. The veteran rocker continues to tour and
perform songs from the Dead canon with help from a rotating cast of "friends." At a tour stop in Glens Falls, NY, this past
Lesh became the town's honorary mayor for the day in a ceremony performed by the actual mayor, Roy Akins.

According to a news report on PostStar.com, Lesh said, "As my first act as honorary mayor, it is my intention to pardon
Trey Anastasio."

The former phish guitarist and bandleader, Anastasio, was convicted of a felony drug charge in New York earlier this year.
While Lesh's pardon  he did invite Anastasio to join him onstage for the entire show that night. he setlist included two
songs from Anastasio's solo career ('Shine' and 'Plasma') in addition to Grateful Dead classics and, obviously,
lots and lots of jams.

Anastasio's only other high-profile performance since his conviction was in August, when he sat in with the Dave Matthews
Band in Saratoga Springs, NY.

The other day play around and theatre in Halo 3 when brilliance struck me, like a plasma grenade to the helmet. he camera back and forth looking for a good angle on my subject when it occurred with full control over the camera, I can take multiple pictures from slightly different angles. The awesomeness of that idea almost overwhelmed me.

fortunately some work in stereoscopic 3-D rendering, so I'm familiar with the concepts and what's involved. It took some trial and error and some number crunching to work out some of the kinks, but I think I've got a pretty good feel for it now. So, without further ado, I present to you: Halo 3(d)!

Madonna has signed a contract with the concert promoter Live Nation. madonna really interesting Live Nation is a concert promoter whereas the contract encompasses all of Madonna's future music and music-related businesses.

new deal Madonna has done something completely new. She has signed what is known as a 360 degree deal, in other words a deal which includes all of her future music and music-related businesses. All of her music ventures will be addressed as an entity for the first time ever.
he 360 deal has been talked about before in the music business, but Madonna is the first major artist to ever sign such a deal.

The contract with Live Nation includes the exploitation of future albums, DVDs, concerts and tours, merchandising, music-related television and film projects, fan clubs, websites and the Madonna brand itself.

The 10-year deal has in published reports been valued as worth $120 million.

Perhaps the most interesting aspect about this deal, apart from the fact that it is a 360 degrees deal, is that it’s made with a promoter and not a record company.

According to Billboard.com Madonna will become the founding artist in Live Nation's new Artist Nation division.

Live Nation president/CEO Michael Rapino says to Billboard.com that “The idea that an iconic artist like Madonna would pick a promoter to be a long-term partner truly validates our business model.” “We put a lot of time and effort into what kind of deals we’re going to do [and] how we’re going to do them, with certainty that we can execute and maximize on those deals,” adds Live Nation global music chairman Arthur Fogel.
